BEGINNER WRESTLER SESSIONS 2024

SUMMER SESSION 2024
Our beginner program is designed to create a solid foundation of basic wrestling skills for beginners, teach base level coordination, and to build personal confidence and a love for the sport. It’s structured, but it’s fun! For wrestlers ages 4-9 with less than 2 years of experience.

Equipment needed:
Wrestling shoes
Headgear
